Belleville – Eastern Ontario is well positioned to take a leading role in the change from an oil based economy to a biomass based economy. Eastern Lake Ontario Regional Innovation Network (ELORIN) organized its fourth Biofibres Industry Day at Fairfield Inn and Suites in Belleville on Thursday, August 17, bringing together 70 people, including leading experts from university and industry, and local biofibre producers, and chemical suppliers and users like representatives from pest control Brampton.
