Established by the Ontario Ministry of Research and Innovation, the Ontario Commercialization Network was established by the Ontario Ministry of Research and Innovation to support technology-based economic development. With both a regional and a sectoral focus, the OCN aims at building an efficient and effective commercialization network / "ecosystem" that will engage support the flow of capital, develop a collaborative community of commercialization stakeholders, improve transfer of knowledge and technology, and provide an effective service delivery system to support technology-based entrepreneurs, start-ups, and SMEs.
